The Kentucky Mountain Bike Association (KYMBA) is a non-profit bicycle advocacy organization dedicated to providing education, outreach and environmental stewardship programs to communities and agencies across Kentucky.

In addition – The Bluegrass chapter now acts as the governing body for the statewide organization and maintains its affiliation with the International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA). The Louisville and Southwest organizations are now sub-chapters of IMBA and still maintain affiliations within the KYMBA organization. IMBA is a recognized leader in sustainable trail development and works with each chapter to develop, prodive guidance and coordinate activities with trail building and events throughout the year.  All of the KYMBA chapters seek to preserve, expand and enhance natural surface trail systems throughout KY in an effort to ensure continued access to high quality, well-maintained trails for users.
