Fort Duffield – technical, punchy climbs, steep descents, freeride style dirt jumps, scenic views

This park was a Union fort during the Civil War, protecting the Ohio River.  The original fortification is still there, and much of the rest has been recreated.  What Duffield lacks in mileage (only 5.5 miles), it makes up in steep climbs, fun fast descents, jumps, and a wooden wall ride.  Most of the jumps are gaps so pre ride before you free ride.  All the trails lead back to the parking lot or very near the parking lot so it is difficult to get lost.  Lots of different loop options with plenty of scenic views overlooking the Salt River.
