On July 14th at 9:00AM KyMBA will lead a Low Hollow Trail build day. KyMBA will provide a few tools and any volunteers can bring hoes, shovels & gloves.
The goals of the day will be to install Greenways crossing signs and begin work on the first island section.
Park at the Weldon Peete Park access road off of Old Louisville Rd that connects to the greenways path.

Come out and join us on June 23rd for the Summer Splash on Nolin Lake 2012! The Bowling Green Chapter of the Kentucky Mountain Bike Association, Kentucky State Parks, US Army Corps of Engineers at Nolin River Lake and the Friends of Nolin Lake invite you to the Grand Opening of the Brier Creek Trail System! We will open the first loop (Waterfall Loop 1.9 miles) on June 23rd! See the event agenda below!

The Bowling Green Chapter of KyMBA hosted IMBA’s Take a Kid Mountain Bike Day at Mammoth Cave National Park on the Mammoth Cave Railroad Bike and Hike Trail. All of the kids expressed how much they enjoyed riding their bikes in the park! All of the adults had a great time introducing kids to cycling in the woods; even if it wasn’t on a natural surface trail everyone still enjoyed it. I’m positive that all of the kids will be asking when can they go back and ride again!
